AnimAction-Awareness Through Animation is award winning...

PRISM Awards 2003 and 2004 (Two-time PRISM Awards winner!) For the "Community Service Effort" Award Established in 1997, the PRISM Awards honors creative contributions that are not only powerfully entertaining, but proactively address substance abuse and addiction.

• The other nominees were ABC, CBS, NBC and American Lung Association. PRISM Award winners are selected through a submission process, and then reviewed by members of the creative community and scientific experts for entertainment value and scientific accuracy. T

he production in each category that best satisfies these two objectives is presented with an award. Reel Teens USA 2003 Festival - Best Animated PSA: directed by teens in Windsor, California. California Department of Education Grant - Innovative and Promising Project to Reduce Tobacco-Use Among In-School Youth US Federal Department of Education and NEA Grant - Project SmartArt teaching Media Literacy and Violence in the Media to K-5 Students.
